Project Scope

Level 3 engineering inspection as well as structural modelling, analysis, and assessment of the bridge to calculate the current load capacity (Load Rating Factor) of Lawrence St Bridge.

The scope of project is presented as follows:

  • Level 3 Detailed Visual Engineering Inspection
  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to achieve actual current material properties of the bridge structural components
  • Structural Modelling and Analysis to Assess the Load Capacity (Load Rating Factor) of the Bridge utilising Finite Element Analysis
  • Water Flow (Flood Control) Study, Modelling, and Analysis
  • Repair and Structural Strengthening Recommendations with Associated Cost
