- Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) – Measures the velocity of ultrasonic waves through concrete to assess material uniformity, internal defects, and strength estimation.
- Ultrasonic Pulse-Echo (UPE) – Uses ultrasonic wave reflection to detect delamination, voids, and internal cracks in concrete and structural elements.
- Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) – Employs electromagnetic waves to map subsurface features, including rebar positioning, voids, and hidden defects in concrete and soil.
- Digital Rebound (Schmidt) Hammer (RH) – Evaluates surface hardness and relative compressive strength of concrete by measuring the elastic rebound of a spring-loaded mass.
- Concrete Cover Scanning – Determines the depth of concrete cover over reinforcement to ensure compliance with durability and fire resistance standards.
- Steel Reinforcing Size and Arrangement – Identifies rebar diameter, spacing, and orientation within concrete structures to verify design specifications and structural integrity.
- Concrete Resistivity – Assesses the probability of corrosion in reinforced concrete by measuring electrical resistivity of the concrete as it plays electrolyte role in reinforcing steel corrosion process. (Evaluates the risk of steel reinforcement corrosion by measuring the electrical resistivity of the concrete, a key factor in its performance as an electrolyte.)
- Steel Reinforcement Corrosion Monitoring (GPT Method) – Assesses active corrosion in embedded steel reinforcement using Galvanostatic Pulse Transient Testing, allowing for early detection and preventative maintenance planning.
