PROJECT SCOPE:
- Conduct detailed structural inspection and condition rating of the bridge elements.
- Perform structural analysis and load rating assessment in accordance with AS 5100.7 – Bridge Assessment, considering bridge-specific data where available.
- Provide repair and remediation recommendations based on findings.

Conduct a comprehensive visual inspection following the VicRoads Road Structures Inspection Manual (2022) to:
- Identify defect causes, extent, and predicted rate of deterioration
- Evaluate the impact on structural capacity
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for maintenance, rehabilitation, strengthening, or replacement
- Capture high-quality photographic records to document the bridge condition and support inspection findings.
- Utilise all available documentation, material properties, and field data for accurate load rating calculations.
- Ensure all site inspections and assessments are carried out by a qualified bridge engineer.

Prepare a comprehensive report detailing:
- Structural evaluation outcomes
- Remaining service life estimates
- Load rating results
- Recommended remedial works
- Incorporate relevant reference documents, drawings, and historical data into the assessment.
- Submit a detailed final report to Council encompassing all inspection, assessment, and load rating tasks.
