PROJECT SCOPE:
- Conduct detailed visual inspections to identify structural defects, including cracks, corrosion, and surface degradation in both concrete and steel reservoirs.
- Perform UPV and RH tests to assess concrete quality and estimate compressive strength.
- Monitor corrosion potential using Half-Cell Potential and Concrete Resistivity measurements.
- Measure carbonation depth to assess the risk of steel reinforcement corrosion.
- Conduct Pull-Off adhesion tests on steel reservoirs to assess coating adhesion and protective paint effectiveness.
- Analyse structural components to estimate residual service life based on observed deterioration levels and NDT/DT results.
- Determine the extent of corrosion and predict potential impacts on structural integrity.
- Develop repair strategies, including concrete crack repairs, corrosion protection, and coating reapplication.
- Recommend structural strengthening measures for critical areas exhibiting severe degradation.
