- Analyse the concrete mix design, focusing on high water-to-cement ratio, 50% slag content, and use of water-reducing admixtures.
- Verify reinforcement cover thickness to ensure adequate corrosion protection.
- Evaluate curing practices and their influence on concrete quality.
- Assess overall durability and implications for service life due to observed deviations.
- Recommend remedial actions, surface protection measures, and ongoing monitoring strategies.
