PROJECT SCOPE:
- Conduct detailed visual inspection to identify defects, including concrete spalling, reinforcement corrosion, girder interface damage, and wingwall undermining.

Perform NDT & DT, including:
- Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV)
- Relative Humidity (RH) testing
- Steel reinforcement corrosion monitoring (resistivity, half-cell potential, current density)
- Carbonation Depth Measurements
- Develop a 3D finite element model of the bridge using SPACE GASS software.
- Apply load combinations per AS 5100 and AS1170 to determine load rating factors for various heavy vehicle types.
- Identify the critical governing factors for load capacity, particularly girder stability under bending and shear.
- Estimate residual service life based on corrosion rate and deterioration of concrete and reinforcement.
- Recommend repairs within defined timeframes and provide a cost estimation for all proposed repair works.
