PROJECT SCOPE:
- Conduct detailed Level 3 inspections to identify structural defects, material deterioration, and safety hazards.
- Classify defects using the Condition Rating (CR1–CR5) system.
- Identify safety issues, including missing guardrails, failed expansion joints, and concrete spalling.
- Develop 3D finite element models (FEM) using SPACE GASS software.
- Apply dead loads, live loads, and vehicle impact loads in accordance with AS 5100.2:2017.
- Assess Load Rating Factors (RF) and Ultimate Limit State (ULS) performance for various vehicle configurations.
- Prepare Level 3 Structural Assessment Reports for all 56 bridges and culverts.
- Develop repair strategies and prioritisation plans to support asset management planning and long-term serviceability.
